摘要
乡村振兴,关键在人。高素质人才是乡村振兴战略中有力的中坚力量,对于乡村振兴的发展进程起着十分重要的推动作用。人才振兴是实现产业兴旺的实践动力、是实现生态宜居的必要工程、是实现乡风文明的现实需要、是实现治理有效的基础遵循、更是实现生活富裕的必然要求。但是目前乡村振兴存在着人才总量不足、人才整体综合素质不高、人才培养体系不健全的问题。为了更好地让乡村人才为乡村振兴赋能发力,必须做到优化政策措施,引进人才;做好配套服务,留住人才;推进培养模式,优化人才;完善奖励机制,选拔人才。
The key to the revitalization of the countryside lies in people.High-quality talents are the powerful backbone of the rural revitalization strategy,which plays a very important role in promoting the development process of rural revitalization.The revitalization of talents is the practical driving force for the realization of industrial prosperity,the necessary project for the realization of ecological livability,the realistic need for the realization of rural style civilization,the basis for effective governance and the inevitable requirement for the realization of affluent life.At present,however,there are problems in rural revitalization that the total number of talents is insufficient,the overall quality of talents is not high,and the talent training system is not perfect.In order to better enable talents in rural areas to empower rural revitalization,it is necessary to optimize policies and measures to introduce talents,provide supporting services to retain talents,promote the training model,optimize talents,improve the reward mechanism and select talents.
