摘要
目的:分析药物涂层球囊(DCB)以拘禁球囊技术(JBT)处理非左主干真分叉病变的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1-6月佛山市三水区人民医院心内科收治的冠状动脉分叉病变患者90例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各45例。研究组使用DCB以JBT处理,对照组使用普通球囊以JBT处理,比较两组患者血管最小管径直径(MLD)、晚期管腔丢失(LLL);左室射血分数(LVEF);不良心血管事件(MACE)发生率。结果:研究组边支术后1年MLD高于对照组,LLL低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1年,两组患者LVEF均提高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组MACE发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DCB以JBT处理非左主干真分叉病变效果优良,可保护边支血管,增强心脏收缩功能,安全性较高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of drug coated balloon(DCB)in the treatment of non left main true bifurcation lesions by confining balloon technique(JBT).Methods:Ninety patients with bifurcated coronary artery disease admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Sanshui District People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The study group was treated with JBT using DCB,while the control group was treated with JBT using a conventional balloon.The minimum vascular diameter(MLD),late lumen loss(LLL),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)were compared between the two groups.Results:The MLD of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the LLL was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One year after surgery,LVEF in both groups was increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of MACE in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of non left main true bifurcation lesions with JBT in DCB has good effect,which can protect side branch vessels and enhance cardiac systolic function with high safety.
