摘要
目的:观察鼻塞连续气道正压通气(CPAP)联合微波治疗婴幼儿重症肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2020年5月-2022年5月郓城诚信医院儿科收治的婴幼儿重症肺炎患儿60例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予鼻塞CPAP治疗,观察组给予鼻塞CPAP联合微波治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及血气分析结果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组pH、酸碱影响程度、缓冲碱、动脉血氧分压、Ca^(2+)、分析时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻塞CPAP并微波治疗婴幼儿重症肺炎具有极高的治疗价值,且可明显改善患儿预后血气分析指标。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of nasal obstruction continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)combined with microwave in the treatment of severe pneumonia in infants and children.Methods:60 cases of infants and children with severe pneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Yuncheng Chengxin Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as observation subjects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases each.The control group was given nasal obstruction CPAP treatment,and the observation group was given nasal obstruction CPAP combined with microwave treatment.The clinical efficacy and blood gas analysis results of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pH,degree of acid-base effect,buffer base,arterial partial pressure of oxygen,Ca^(2+),and analysis time in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal obstruction CPAP with microwave treatment of severe pneumonia in infants and children has high therapeutic value and significantly improves the prognostic blood gas analysis indexes in children.
