摘要
目的探析鼻中隔偏曲并发下鼻骨骨折采取优质护理干预对患者预后的相关性影响。方法选取2018年5月~2019年12月于我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科中心就诊的鼻中隔偏曲并发下鼻骨骨折患者,统计60例,采取双盲法将60例患者分成2组,30例记作常规组施行常规化护理,30例记作观察组施行优质护理,分析评估两组临床疗效。结果观察组生活质量与常规组比明显提升(P<0.05);观察组并发症相较于常规组显著下降(P<0.05);观察组总有效率28(93.33%)及总满意度30(100.00%)明显比常规组高;组间数值对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论鼻中隔偏曲并发下鼻骨骨折采取优质护理可降低并发症,促进预后水平提升,还能缓解其自卑、焦躁和紧张等不良情绪,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the relevance of high-quality nursing interventions on the prognosis of patients with nasal septum deviation and lower nasal bone fracture.Methods Selected patients with nasal septum deflection and lower nasal bone fracture who were treated at the Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Center of our hospital from May 2018 to December 2019.60 cases were counted.The 60 cases were divided into 2 groups by double-blind method,and 30 cases were recorded.The routine group received routine nursing care,and 30 cases were recorded as the observation group received high-quality nursing care.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed and evaluated.Results The quality of life of the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the routine group(P<0.05);the complications of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 28(93.33%)and the total satisfaction was 30(100.00%)was significantly higher than the conventional group;the numerical comparison between the groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Deviated nasal septum complicated by lower nasal bone fractures.High-quality nursing care can reduce complications,promote prognosis,and relieve their inferiority complex,anxiety and nervousness.It is worth learning.
