摘要
维护农业产业链稳定,是乡村产业应对复杂形势的必然选择,是乡村产业兴旺发展的重要前提。采用动态博弈和演化博弈分析方法,以陆河县青梅产业为例,构建外部冲突影响下产业链中不同经营主体之间的博弈过程,以期探索影响产业链稳定的关键要点。博弈发现:龙头企业是农业产业链稳定的关键主体;小农户是农业产业链稳定的薄弱环节;政府有效监管是维持农业产业链合作与稳定的关键;基于契约的融合型农业产业链具有更优的稳定性。可以通过培育依托地方农业特色的农产品加工龙头企业、搭建产业融合平台促进乡村三次产业深度融合、完善监督机制发挥政府产业链稳定守护者角色来促进产业融合、降低违约可能、提升农业产业链稳定。
To maintain agricultural industry chain stability is an inevitable choice for the rural industries to deal with complex situations as well as an important prerequisite for the development and prosperity of the rural economy.This paper uses two analysis methods-dynamic game and evolutionary game,taking plum industry in Luhe county as an example and constructing game process among different business entities in industry chain under the outside influence to explore the core elements that would affect the stability of the industry chain.The results of the gaming show that:leading enterprises were the key players in the stability of agricultural industry chain stability;small-scale peasants were the weak links in the stability of agricultural industry chain;government supervision was the key to maintaining cooperation and stability of agricultural industry chain;the integrated agricultural industry chain based on contract had better stability.It is feasible to promote the stability of the agricultural industry chain by cultivating leading agricultural product processing enterprises with local agricultural characteristics,build an industrial integration platform to promote in-depth integration of rural three industries,improve the supervision mechanism,maximize the function of government guardian of industry chain stability to promote industry integration and reduce the possibility of default.
