摘要
当前高职院校大学生普遍是00后,他们热爱美、追求美、崇尚美,但对于传统的思想政治教育方式有着较高的心理壁垒,因而把美育有机地融入思想政治教育是一个有效的途径。高职院校思想政治教育工作者已经注意到将美育作为切入点开展思想政治教育的优势,但在融入的过程中,仍然存在着课程建设不完善、融入方式单一僵化、教育工作者审美水平参差不齐、师资力量单薄等问题。为有效发挥思想政治教育工作中以美育人、以美化人、以美成人的重要作用,高职院校应不断优化美育课程教学,实施课程美育;加强师资队伍建设,提高教师政治理论水平、美学素养和教学水平;开展丰富多彩的校园文化活动;形成高职院校、家庭、社会多方育人合力,进而增强思想政治教育实效,达到向美而生、以美育人的思政育人效果。
At present, college students in higher vocational colleges are generally the generation born after2000. They love, pursue and advocate beauty, but have a high psychological barrier to the traditional ideological and political education, so it is an effective way to integrate aesthetic education into ideological and political education organically. The ideological and political educators in higher vocational colleges have noticed the advantages of carrying out ideological and political education with aesthetic education as the breakthrough point. However, in the process of integration, there are still some problems such as imperfect curriculum construction, single and rigid integration methods, uneven aesthetic standards of educators, and weak teacher resources. In order to give full play to the important role of aesthetic education in ideological and political education, higher vocational colleges should constantly optimize the teaching of aesthetic education courses and implement aesthetic education of courses;strengthen the construction of teachers’ team, improve teachers’ political theory level, aesthetic literacy and teaching level;carry out colorful campus cultural activities;strive to form the joint force of schools, families and society so as to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education to achieve the effect of ideological and political education based on aesthetics.
