摘要
目前,毕节获评“中国少数民族特色村寨”18个、“贵州省少数民族特色村寨”100个。但近年来,由于存在社会适应性较低、人员流动性较大、区域限制性较多、基层能动性较软、发展指向性较弱等原因,特色村寨较为普遍地存在“物”少、“音”稀、“味”淡、“力”弱等“失特”现象。毕节市需从产业发展、风貌构建、文化弘扬、社会治理等方面入手,强化少数民族村寨的开发和保护,推进民居特色更加突出、产业支撑更加有力、民族文化更加浓郁、人居环境更加优美、民族关系更加和谐,毕节少数民族特色村寨才能更有特色。
At present, Bijie has been awarded 18 Chinese Villages with Ethnic Minority Characteristics and 100 Guizhou Villages with Ethnic Minority Characteristics. However, in recent years, due to low social adaptability, large personnel mobility, more regional restrictions, weak grassroots initiative, and weak development orientation, ethnic minority villages are more commonly characterized by rare resource, lost language, little local flavor and weak support. Bijie needs to take measures from the aspects of industrial development, style construction, cultural promotion, social governance to strengthen the development and protection of ethnic minority villages as well as to promote more prominent residential characteristics, stronger industrial support,stronger ethnic culture, more beautiful living environment, and more harmonious ethnic relations, then Bijie villages with ethnic minority characteristics can be more distinctive.
