摘要
随着我国城镇化进程的不断推进,城市建筑日益庞杂,传统的“经验驱动”的特大城市安全管理体系不再适于现状。本文分析总结国内外研究成果,以上海市为例,对四类大型公共基础设施(密集型高层建筑、跨海跨江桥梁、地铁隧道、高速铁路公路),集成空天地一体的多源遥感监测网络和安全预警应急服务平台,探究大数据时代下特大城市公共基础设施安全智慧管理与风险预警框架的构建,为其面向数据驱动模式的转型提供了新思路。
With China's urbanization process,urban buildings are more complex.The traditional"experience driven"mega-cities safety management system is no longer suitable.This paper integrated multi-source remote sensing network and safety early warning platform for four types of public infrastructure(dense high-buildings,sea and river crossing bridges,subway tunnels,railways and highways),Shanghai,for example.This paper explored the construction of smart management and risk early warning framework for public infrastructure safety in mega cities in the era of big data,which provided a new idea for its transformation towards data-driven mode.
