摘要
高校是科技成果重要供给侧,其“重申请轻转化”“重数量轻质量”等问题已成为我国知识产权工作的难点,因此梳理高校专利研究领域的研究现状和发展趋势可以为解决专利工作难题提供理论依据和现实指导。研究以2008—2021年356篇高校专利相关文献为样本进行可视化分析,探究我国高校专利研究领域的热点与趋势。研究发现:高校专利关注度不断上升,文献质量较高、具有重要参考价值,但尚未形成具有影响力的核心作者和研究机构,应加强高校专利研究深度,促进不同学科、不同机构的研究者进行交流合作,推动我国高校专利高质量发展。
Colleges and universities have always been an important supply side of scientific and technological achievements,the problems of“emphasizing application over transformation”and“emphasizing quantity over quality”have also become the problems of China s intellectual property work.Therefore,sorting out the research status and development trend of university patent research field can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for solving university patent problems.Taking 356 research documents related to university patents in CNKI database from 2008 to 2021 as research samples,this paper explores the classic documents and research hot trends in the field of university patent research in China through visualization analysis.It is found that the research attention in the patent field of colleges and universities in China is increasing,the literature quality is high and has high reference value,but the core authors and research institutions with influence have not been formed;relevant suggestions are proposed,including strengthening the research depth in this field,promoting the cooperation and exchange of researchers from different disciplines and institutions,and promoting high-quality development and efficient application of university patents in China.
