摘要 桥梁桥墩施工过程中,由于测量技术的不同,导致水下测量结果偏差较大。文章提出了基于多波束检测技术的桥梁桥墩水下测量方法。在测船的合理区域安装多波束检测设备,并对水下探头进行多方位校正。依托多波束三维声呐成像原理,构建一种新的桥梁桥墩水下测量技术。针对多波束测量数据进行归算、滤波和抽稀处理,再结合Surfer软件构建水下测量三维显示图。实例应用结果显示:所提出的方法应用后,水下测量偏差低于0.1m的监测点占比为79.17%,并且水下测量最大偏差均低于0.3m,满足桥梁桥墩施工测量要求。 The deviation of underwater measurement results is large during bridge pier construction due to the difference of measurement technology. An underwater measurement method of bridge pier based on multi-beam detection technology is proposed in the paper. Multi-beam detection equipment is installed in the reasonable area of the survey ship. Multi-directional correction of the underwater probe is carried out. A new underwater surveying technique for bridge piers is proposed based on the principle of multi-beam 3 D sonar imaging. Reduction, filtering and dilution treatment are carried out in view of the multi-beam measurement data. Surfer software is combined to construct the three-dimensional display chart of underwater measurement. The example application results show that the monitoring points with the underwater measurement deviation less than 0.1 m account for 79.17% after the proposed method is applied. The maximum deviation of underwater measurement is less than 0.3 m, which meets the requirements of bridge pier construction measurement.
