摘要
分析了某热轧无取向硅钢冷轧过程中因出现大量孔洞而被迫降级的原因,并制定了改善措施。通过规范侧导板的周期测量、修改精轧侧导板的短行程,使用耐磨式衬板,修改卷取侧导板控制模式等措施,无取向硅钢孔洞的降级率降至1%左右,产品质量明显提升。
This paper analyzes the reasons of a certain hot-rolled non-oriented silicon steel being forced to be demoted due to a large number of holes in the cold-rolling process,and puts forward some improving measures.The reduction rate of non-oriented silicon steel holes is reduced to about 1%by means of standardizing the cycle measurement of side guide,modifying the short stroke of finish rolling side guide,using wear-resistant liner,modifying the control mode of coiling side guide,etc.,the quality of the products has improved significantly.
