摘要 文章简述了2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V大型厚壁锻焊加氢反应器的制造过程。通过对近年来多个大型炼化项目中该类加氢反应器的制造过程进行监造,总结出其在制造过程中出现的筒体锻件冲击性能不稳定、超声检测不合格、超声波检测盲区等典型质量问题及其他制造中应控的质量风险。同时结合相关试验结果,重点分析了出现问题的原因,并针对性地提出了相应的质量管理办法,以期为大型锻焊加氢反应器的国产化制造和检验提供借鉴。 This paper briefly describes the manufacturing process of 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V heavy-wall forge welding hydrogenation reactor.By supervising the manufacturing process of 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V heavy-wall forge welding hydrogenation reactor in several large refining and chemical projects in recent years,the paper summarizes the typical quality problems such as unstable impact performance of cylinder forgings,unqualified ultrasonic detection,blind area of ultrasonic detection and other quality risks which should be controlled in manufacturing.Combining with the relevant test results,it focuses on analyzing the causes of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding quality management methods in order to provide reference for domestic manufacture and inspection of large forge welding hydrogenation reactors.
