摘要
数字孪生的技术思想在于“双向映射、实时交互、优化迭代”,其“全要素仿真,零试错成本”将有效推进装备企业运营的精益精准化管理。基于物联网技术和RFID自动识别技术的固定资产孪生体,推进了装备企业场景化、同步化、动态化的固定资产管理和监测。数字孪生使得产品设计与成本设计并行,应构建科学的成本设计最优方案,从而大幅度降低装备产品的全寿命周期成本。数字孪生有效地实现了数据“共享”“复用”,推进了交互、实时、多维的全面预算管理的发展。
The technical idea of digital twin(DT) lies in "Bidirectional Mapping, real-time interaction and optimization iteration".It helps the enterprise to reach "total elements simulation, zero trial and error cost, which effectively promotes the lean and precise management in equipment enterprise operations.The fixed assets twins are based on the Internet of Things(IoT) and RFID automatic identification technology, and encourage the scenario-based, synchro-nous and dynamic fixed asset management and monitoring in equipment enterprises.Digital twin combines product design with cost design, and optimizes the scientific cost design, so as to greatly reduce the whole life cycle cost of equipment products.Digital twin effectively realizes data sharing and reusing, and promotes interactive, real-time and multi-dimensional comprehensive budget management.
