摘要
内蒙古自治区区域产业需求与区内高等职业教育专业设置适配是供给侧结构改革的要求,也是高等职业院校自身发展的要求,是区域经济发展的保障条件之一。将自治区2020年高职院校专业备案情况与2020年普通高校就业质量报告进行比较分析后发现,区内高职院校专业设置与区域产业需求存在一定程度背离。针对分析结果对改善高职教育专业设置提出了几点建议,包括:专业设置统筹区域管理、专业布局规划需以地方产业需求为依据、规划建设区内高水平专业群凸显特色。
The adaptation of regional industrial demand in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to the professional setting of higher vocational education in the region is a requirement of supply-side structural reform, a requirement for the development of higher vocational colleges themselves, and a requirement for regional economic development. After comparing and analyzing the professional record of higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2020 and the employment quality report of ordinary colleges and universities in the autonomous region in 2020, it is found that there is a certain degree of deviation between the professional setting of higher vocational colleges in the autonomous region and the needs of regional industries. According to the analysis results, the following suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the professional setting of higher vocational education in the autonomous region: the professional setting shall coordinate regional management, the professional layout planning shall be based on the needs of local industries, and the high-level professional groups in the planning and construction area shall be highlighted.
