摘要
中药药嘱单是中药师工作的完整体现,不管是在临床还是药学服务窗口。目前符合中医理论特色及辨证思想、标准化的中药药嘱单在国内尚缺乏。随着信息化技术及大数据的广泛应用,医院相继推出了临床工作需要的药历软件,而标准化的中药药嘱软件缺乏。此文基于大数据时代背景下就医院建立中药饮片标准化药嘱从中药药嘱的古籍追溯、中药药嘱目前的现状、中药药嘱的原则和核心内容、中药药嘱规范化设计及中药药嘱推广服务这几个方面做了相关论述,丰富了关于中药药嘱系统的相关理论,探寻实现中药药嘱系统的实现方式,具有一定的理论意义。
Chinese medicine prescription is a complete embodiment of the work of Chinese pharmacists,whether in clinical or pharmaceutical care window.At present,there is still a lack of prescriptions of Chinese medicine which are in line with the theoretical characteristics of Chinese medicine,dialectical thought and standardization in China.With the wide application of information technology and big data,hospitals have successively launched the medicine calendar software needed for clinical work,but the standardized Chinese medicine prescription software is lacking.In this paper,based on the background of big data era,the establishment of standardized instructions for Chinese herbal medicines in hospitals was discussed from the ancient books,the current status,the principles and core contents of instructions for Chinese medicines,the standardized design of instructions for Chinese medicines and the promotion service of instructions for Chinese medicines in the information age,which enriched the relevant theories on the system of instructions for Chinese medicines,and explored the way to realize the system.
