摘要
目的探究真武汤加味佐治原发性肾病综合征临床疗效。方法利用计算机软件,将2021年1月—2022年5月东平县中医院收录的78例原发性肾病综合征患者分为对照组和观察组各39例。对照组开展常规西药[醋酸泼尼松,口服,1 mg/(kg·d),1次/d]治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用真武汤加味(水煎剂,200 ml/剂,口服,1次/d)治疗。治疗1个疗程后(2个月)比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候积分、24 h尿蛋白定量均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组上述指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组血浆白蛋白水平均增高(P<0.05),且观察组该指标水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规醋酸泼尼松治疗原发性肾病综合征基础上给予真武汤加味治疗,是一种疗效显著的中西医结合疗法,可在临床大力推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Zhenwu decoction in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods 78 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome enrolled in Dongping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to May 2022 were divided into control groupand observation group by computer software,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine[prednisone acetate,1 mg/(kg·d),once a day],and the observation group was treated with modified Zhenwu decoction(200 ml oral decoction,once a day)on the basis of the control group.After one course of treatment(2months),the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 94.87%significantly higher than 79.49%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and 24 h urine protein quantification in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of plasma albumin in both groups increased(P<0.05),the level of plasma albumin in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of the conventional treatment of prednisone acetate for primary nephrotic syndrome,modified Zhenwu decoction is an effective combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,which can be popularized in clinic.
