摘要
目的基于运气学说理论研究心衰病患者的出生日期的五运六气规律,分析心衰患者的先天禀赋特点,为未来心衰的临床防治提供线索,起到“司岁备物”作用。方法收集1056例确诊为心衰病患者病历资料,记录病因诊断和出生日期,统计病因诊断的构成比,患者出生时岁运构成比、主客二气的构成比、运气相合的分布情况。结果1056例心衰病患者中,出生日期在金运年、客气为阳明燥金、不平和年(不和、小逆与天刑之年)的患者构成比较多、病因诊断分析发现原发病为冠心病和心肌梗死构成比较多。结论对于心血管病患者,尤其是冠心病及心肌梗死患者,出生于金运年、客气为阳明燥金、运气相和为不平和年份的人群,尤要加以关注,治疗时适当加用运气方药,体现《黄帝内经》必先岁气,勿伐天和的思想。
Objective To study the rule of five movements and six qi rules of the birth date of patients with heart failure based on the doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,and to analyze the characteristics of congenital endowment of patients with heart failure,so as to provide clues for the clinical prevention and treatment of heart failure in the future.Methods 1056 patients with heart failure were collected,the etiological diagnosis and date of birth were recorded,the constituent ratio of etiological diagnosis,the constituent ratio of age at birth,the constituent ratio of host and guest,and the distribution of luck were recorded.Results Among the 1056 patients with heart failure,there were more patients with birth date in the golden year,Yangming dry gold,injustice and years(discord,minor rebellion and natural punishment).Etiological diagnosis showed that the primary diseases were coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction.Conclusion For patients with cardiovascular disease,especially those with coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction,those who were born in the golden year,Yangming dry gold,five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and uneven years should be paid special attention to,and the prescription of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors should be added to the treatment,which reflects the Neijing must be old first,do not beat days and thought in Huangdi Neijing.
