摘要
肉品及肉类制品是百姓日常生活中最重要的食品类别之一,在电商平台、超市、农贸市场等均有销售。依据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》等国家法律法规和肉类相关的标准,提出了供应商准入前提条件、商品验收管理方法和对供应链管理的建议,旨在帮助肉品及肉类制品的经营者提升食品安全管理水平,降低食品安全风险,保证供应安全、放心的肉品与肉类制品。
Meat and meat products were one of the most important food categories in people’s daily life,andthey are sold on e-commerce platforms,supermarkets,farmers’markets,etc.According to the"Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China"and other national laws and regulations and meat related standards,and the preconditions for supplier access,commodity acceptance management methods and suggestions on supply chain management were proposed,andthe aim was to help meat and meat product operatorsto improve the level of food safety management,and food safety risks couldbe reduced,and the supply of safe and secure meat and meat products couldbe ensured.
