摘要
增材制造(Additive manufacturing,AM)又称3D打印,它是将计算机辅助设计、材料加工和成型技术相融合,并以数字模型文件为基础,通过软件与数控系统将专用的金属材料、非金属材料以及医用生物材料,按照挤压、烧结、熔融、光固化、喷射等方式逐层堆积,制造出实体物品的一种制造技术。自其问世以来,人们在了解增材制造工艺及其所制备的金属试样结构和性能方面取得了重大进展。这一领域迅速的发展让科研人员对于金属增材制造的理解日益深入,本文旨在重点介绍钛及钛合金、钽及钽合金、镁合金和铁及铁合金金属增材制造材料在医学生物学方面的应用及研究新进展,阐述其在打印工艺及机理、表面改性处理及临床示范应用等方面的研究现状,并对其应用研究前景进行展望。
Additive manufacturing(AM),also known as 3D printing,is a manufacturing technology that integrates computer-aided design,material processing and molding technology.Based on digital model files,special metal materials,non-metallic materials and medical biomaterials are stacked layer by layer through software and numerical control system according to the methods of extrusion,sintering,melting,light curing,spraying and so on.Since it appeared,people have made great progress in understanding the additive manufacturing process and the structure and properties of the prepared metal samples.Due to the rapid development of this field,researchers have a deeper understanding of metal additive manufacturing.This paper mainly focuses on the application and research progress of titanium and titanium alloy,tantalum and tantalum alloy,magnesium alloy and iron and iron alloy metal additive manufacturing materials in medical biology,expounds the research status of their printing process and mechanism,surface modification and clinical application,and prospects their application future.
