摘要
目的:分析优质护理干预膝关节镜治疗半月板损伤患者的应用效果。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年10月贵航集团三〇二医院骨科收治的接受膝关节镜治疗的半月板损伤患者80例作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予优质护理干预。比较两组患者膝关节功能恢复情况、疼痛评分、膝关节活动度、并发症发生率。结果:研究组膝关节功能优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低,膝关节活动度均升高,研究组VAS评分低于对照组,膝关节活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预膝关节镜治疗半月板损伤患者,能够显著改善半月板损伤患者膝关节功能,减少并发症发生率,减轻患者疼痛,提升患者膝关节活动度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of quality care intervention in patients with meniscal injury treated by knee arthroscopy.Methods:80 patients with meniscal injury treated by knee arthroscopy admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of 302 Hospital of Guihang Group from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases each.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention,and the study group was given quality care intervention.The patients'knee function recovery,pain score,knee mobility,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent knee function rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the visual analogue scoring(VAS)scores decreased and the knee mobility increased in both groups,and the VAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group and the knee mobility was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality care intervention of knee arthroscopy for patients with meniscal injury can significantly improve the function of the knee joint,reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the pain and improve the mobility of the knee joint of patients with meniscal injury.
