摘要
目的:探讨围手术期护理在急性心肌梗死患者行经皮冠状动脉介入术中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月广东省第二人民医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者100例为对照组;选取2021年2月-2022年2月广东省第二人民医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者100例为研究组。对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组实施围手术期护理干预,比较两组患者住院时间、治疗费用、并发症发生率、护理满意度、生活质量评分。结果:研究组住院时间短于对照组,治疗费用少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活状态、社会功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期护理干预在急性心肌梗死患者行经皮冠状动脉介入术中的应用效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,减少并发症,缩短住院时间,提高患者护理满意度和生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative care in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods:100 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the Guangdong Province Second People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the control group.100 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the Guangdong Province Second People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study group.The control group implemented conventional nursing interventions and the study group implemented perioperative care interventions.The length of hospitalization,treatment cost,complication rate,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life scores of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The study group had shorter hospitalization time than the control group,less treatment cost than the control group,and lower complication rate than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The somatic functioning,psychological functioning,physical life status,and social functioning scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of perioperative care interventions in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary interventions is effective,improving patients'clinical symptoms,reducing complications,shortening hospitalization time,and improving patient care satisfaction and quality of life.
