摘要
数字技术的深入运用在推动产业转型的同时,也给劳动者的工作带来深刻革命。本文从组织与个人发展视角,聚焦工作变革的进路、工作变革的影响以及相应的制度支撑,初步构建数字化时代工作变革研究的基本框架。从变革进路看,职业发展和工作形态变化是数字化时代工作变革的两条基本进路。从发展影响看,新职业的兴起迫切要求劳动者掌握新的职业能力,新工作形态的发展势必催生新的用工关系,个人与组织关系的变革必将形塑新的组织结构。从制度应对看,适应数字化时代工作变革,必须从职业能力开发、新工作形态劳动保护、人力资源管理与服务三方面开展制度创新,强化制度支撑。
The in-depth application of digital technology not only promotes industrial transformation,but also brings profound changes in employment.I n terms of organizational and individual development,this paper focuses on the approach to,influence of and corresponding institutional support for work reform,thus setting up a basic framework of research on work reform in the digital era.In terms of approach to reform,career development and change in patterns of work are the two basic approaches to reform in the digital era.In terms of impact on development,the rise of new occupations urges workers to learn new professional skills,and new work patterns will surely generate new employment relationships,and the change in relationship between individuals and organizations will give birth to a new organizational structure.In terms of institutional response,it is necessary to carry out institutional innovation and strengthen institutional support from three aspects:development of professional skills,labor protection for new work patterns,human resource management and service,in order to adapt to the work reform in the digital era.
