新文科下高校学前教育舞蹈教师的素质提升路径研究

摘要 新文科建设赋予了高校教师新的使命与责任,对高校教师的素质有了新的要求。学前教育是基础教育的基石,新文科教育对高校学前教育教师的师德师风、教学能力、知识水平提出了更高的标准。文章以高校学前教育舞蹈教师的素质提升为例,分析了当前高校学前舞蹈教育中教师队伍素质的不足。提出了新文科建设背景下,高校学前教育舞蹈教师应当履行培育时代新人、提升国家形象、承担守正创新的使命与责任,通过政府的引导、高校的组织和教师的自觉三条路径来提升自身的素质。 The construction of new liberal arts has endowed college teachers with new missions and responsibilities,and has new requirements for the quality of college teachers.Preschool education is the cornerstone of basic education.The new liberal arts education has set a higher standard for the teachers'ethics,teaching ability and knowledge level of preschool education in universities.Taking the quality improvement of dance teachers in preschool education in universities as an example,this paper analyzes the shortage of teachers in the current preschool dance education in universities.It is proposed that under the background of the construction of new liberal arts,pre-school education dance teachers in universities should fulfill the mission and responsibility of cultivating new people of the times,improving the national image,and assuming the responsibility of integrity and innovation,and improve the quality of pre-school education dance teachers in universities through the guidance of the government,the organization of universities,and teachers'consciousness.
