摘要
某超纯水系统在试运行阶段,RO膜受到微生物及活性炭泄漏双重污染,EDI出现运行压差增大、产水量下降等一系列问题。通过对系统进一步分析,发现RO系统前端细菌二次滋生,活性炭品质不满足超纯水系统要求,EDI淡水室树脂受到预处理残余氯和TOC UV产生羟基自由基的双重氧化性风险。据此提出了杀菌系统调整,改善活性炭品质,调整EDI及TOC UV顺序等一系列措施,进而使系统能够长期稳定运行。
During the trial operation of an ultrapure water system,the RO membrane was polluted by microorganisms and activated carbon leakage.At the same time,EDI had a series of problems such as increased operating pressure difference and decreased water production.Through further analysis of the system,it is found that bacteria appeared in front of RO system again,the quality of the activated carbon does not meet the requirements of the ultrapure water system,and the EDI fresh water chamber resin is subjected to pretreatment residual chlorine and TOC UV to generate hydroxyl radicals double oxidative risk.Accordingly,a series of measures such as adjustment of the sterilization system,improving the quality of activated carbon,and adjusting the sequence of EDI and TOC UV were proposed,in order to enable the system to operate stably for a long time.
