摘要
乌东德水电站大坝共布置了3台30T平移式缆机,是大坝混凝土浇筑和金属结构安装的主要吊装手段,为了满足金属结构安装时大件吊装的要求,设置了相邻两台缆机并车抬吊运行的功能。针对缆机设备特点、不同类型金属结构大件吊装方法和安全管控要点进行了介绍。通过有效的计划、协调和管理,解决了大坝高强度混凝土浇筑和金属结构安装之间缆机使用的矛盾,安全、有序、高效地完成了大坝金属结构安装工作。
Three 30T horizontal cable cranes are arranged in the dam of Wudongde Hydropower Station, which are the main lifting means for concrete placing and metal structure installation of the dam. In order to meet the requirement of heavy lifting when installing metal structure, two adjacent cable cranes are set up to operate with the crane. In this paper, the characteristics of cable crane equipment, lifting methods of large pieces with different types of metal structures and key points of safety control are introduced. Through effective planning, coordination and management, the contradiction between high-strength concrete placing and installation of metal structure of the dam is solved, and the installation of metal structure of the dam is completed safely, orderly and efficiently.
