摘要
技术供水作为水轮发电机组的重要辅助设备,对保证机组安全运行具有重要作用。阿海水电厂自2012年首台机组投产发电以来已有10a,技术供水系统管路在长期持续运行下,相关部件已发生不同程度的老化和损坏,通过对技术供水运行方式进行优化,降低系统耗水率和缺陷发生率,提高了机组运行的经济性和安全性。
As an important auxiliary equipment of hydro-generator unit, technical water supply plays an important role in ensuring safe operation of unit. It has been 10 years since the first unit of Ahai Power Plant was put into operation in 2012. Under the long-term continuous operation of technical water supply system pipelines, the related components have experienced various degrees of aging and damage. By optimizing the operation mode of technical water supply, the water consumption rate and defect rate of the system are reduced, and the economy and safety of the unit operation are improved.
