磁应力技术在埋地管道焊缝检测中的实践

摘要 由于埋地管道在铺设和维修过程中,焊缝存在着未焊透、未熔合等焊接问题,以及在运行过程中产生的应力集中问题,导致焊缝位置成为管道失效事故的高发区域。如何通过非开挖手段在地面上快速定位到管道焊缝的位置,是业内亟待解决的问题。本文介绍了利用磁应力技术在管道异常焊缝定位和缺陷焊缝分级评价上的应用,并通过开挖验证以及缺陷焊缝的无损探伤结果,验证了磁应力技术在埋地管道异常焊缝定位及缺陷焊缝分级评价方面的可行性。 During the laying and maintenance of the buried pipeline,the welding problems such as lack of penetration and fusion in the weld,as well as the problems of stress concentration during operation,cause the location of the weld to become a high-incidence area for pipeline failure accidents.How to quickly locate the position of the pipeline weld on the ground through trenchless means is an urgent problem to be solved in the industry.This paper introduces the application of magnetic stress technology in the location of abnormal welds in pipelines and the grading evaluation of defective welding.Through excavation verification and non-destructive testing results of defective welds,the feasibility of the magnetic stress technology is which is applied to the location in abnormal welding and the grading evaluation of defective welding is verified.
