选择性催化还原SCR流场优化浅析

摘要 通过对SCR脱硝系统的研究,发现烟道流场的紊乱是造成氨逃逸以及降低脱硝效率的根本原因,总结出了优化流场的主要手段和目的:(1)CFD建模仿真分析技术是SCR流场优化的主要分析方法;(2)优化烟道流场和反应器的布置,确定导流板的形状、尺寸、数量以及位置;(3)优化反应器前烟气流速、温度分布、压力分布和氨氮摩尔比分布;(4)优化反应器中整流器的设置,使催化剂表面烟气的冲角降至最低;(5)模拟飞灰沉积情况,确定积灰位置以及控制积灰高度在设计范围内。 Through the study of SCR denitration system,it is found that the disorder of flue flow field is the root cause of ammonia escape and reducing denitration efficiency.The main means and objectives of optimizing flow field are summarized:(1)CFD modeling and simulation analysis technology is the main analysis method of SCR flow field optimization;(2)Optimize the flow field of flue and the layout of reactor,and determine the shape,size,quantity and position of deflector;(3)The flue gas velocity,temperature distribution,pressure distribution and ammonia nitrogen molar ratio distribution in front of the reactor were optimized;(4)Optimize the setting of rectifier in the reactor to minimize the attack angle of flue gas on the catalyst surface;(5)Simulate the deposition of fly ash,determine the ash deposition position and control the ash deposition height within the design range.
