摘要
某工程底板抗浮锚杆设计采用笼芯囊袋压力型锚杆,基于前期试验锚杆的实际情况,从锚杆的设计参数、试验及施工工艺等方面,尤其是锚杆成孔、扩孔时的压力、持续时间,以及囊袋内注浆的水灰比、注浆压力、注浆时间等方面,积累大量的原始数据,确定了适合本工程图纸的技术参数,形成了一套完整的施工工艺。并且在锚杆施工过程中,以每道工序验收,对关键工艺参数控制点拍照留存影像资料等管理动作,加强过程成品保护,对锚杆施工质量进行把控,供类似项目参考借鉴。
The cage core bag pressure type anchor rod is used in the design of the anti-floating anchor of the bottom plate of a certain project. based on the actual situation of the previous test bolt, in this paper, from the aspects of the design parameters, test and construction technology of the bolt, especially the pressure and duration of anchor hole formation and expansion, as well as the water-cement ratio, grouting pressure and grouting time of grouting in the bag, a large number of original data are accumulated, and the technical parameters suitable for the engineering drawings are determined. A complete set of construction technology has been formed. And in the process of anchor construction, check and accept each process, take photos of key process parameters control points, retain image data and other management actions, strengthen the protection of process finished products, and control the construction quality of anchor, which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
