摘要
以数字媒介下的女性创业为研究对象,围绕数字媒介环境下的女性创业中的新议题、新形势、新作用展开分析。研究发现,数字经济时代女性创业群体开始崛起,打破了以往传统经济领域女性高管及创业者在场缺席的角色状态,网络空间女性的话语构建又向前迈出了一步。女性数字创业的商品化、空间化与结构化的现状背后,反映了女性对数字资源存在接触与享有不均、数字空间身份标签偏低与隐私保护不足等问题。为了弥合数字性别鸿沟,应普及女性的数字科学素养与创造女性就业、创业的氛围。数字技术克服了地理空间的限制,以更低廉的成本与更高效的产出进行媒介变革,抓住时代的机遇就能够释放数字时代的女性力量。
Taking female entrepreneurship under digital media as the research object, this article analyzes the new issues, new situations and new roles of female entrepreneurship in the digital media environment and finds that the rise of female entrepreneurs in the digital economy era has broken the role of female executives and entrepreneurs in the traditional economic field in the past. Behind the current situation of commercialization, spatialization and structuring of women’s digital entrepreneurship, it also reflects the uneven access and enjoyment of digital resources by women, low identity labels in digital space and insufficient privacy protection. In order to bridge the digital gender gap, women’s digital science literacy should be popularized and an atmosphere for women’s employment and entrepreneurship should be created.
