摘要
针对30902综采工作面切眼断面大、顶板岩体为破碎软岩的问题,提出综合使用注浆、全锚索方式对顶板进行加固、控制。依据切眼实际情况,对注浆及围岩支护方案进行设计,并进行工程应用。结果表明,注浆加固后切眼顶板稳定性及支撑强度明显提升,全锚索支护方式可有效提高切眼顶板支护强度,加固及支护完成后,切眼两帮、顶底板变形分别为73 mm、60 mm,围岩变形不会影响后续综采设备安装。
Aiming at the problem of large section of the 30902 comprehensive mining working face and fractured soft rock of the roof slab,a comprehensive use of grouting and full anchor cable is proposed to reinforce and control the roof slab.Based on the actual situation of the cuttings,the grouting and rock support scheme was designed and applied in the project.The results show that the stability and support strength of the roof slab of the cuttings are significantly improved after the slurry reinforcement,and the full anchor cable support can effectively improve the strength of the roof slab of the cuttings.
