电动纠偏装置在综采工作面带式输送机中的应用

摘要 基于综采工作面带式输送机在运输过程中受输送机安装质量、检修维护水平及煤泥水影响,经常出现跑偏现象,不仅影响带式输送机运输稳定性,而且输送机跑偏后很容易出现断带、撕带事故,制约着工作面带式输送机安全高效运输的问题,重点阐述了一种综采工作面带式输送机电动纠偏装置,分析了该装置结构及工作原理。通过实际应用效果来看,该装置防跑偏效果好、保护动作灵敏可靠,取得显著应用成效。 Based on the fact that the belt conveyor in the transportation process of the comprehensive mining working face is affected by the installation quality,maintenance level and coal mud water,the conveyor often deviates,which not only affects the stability of the belt conveyor transportation,but also easily breaks and tears the belt after the conveyor deviates,which restricts the safe and efficient transportation of the belt conveyor in the working face.The electric deflection correction device is analyzed,and the structure and working principle of the device are analyzed,and the practical application effect shows that the device is effective in preventing runout,and the protection action is sensitive and reliable,so it has achieved significant application results.
