探究强化内控制度建设对医院财务管理的积极影响被引量：1

摘要近年来,国家对于公共医疗服务建设给予了充分的关注与重视,对医院发展与建设投入了大量的资金支持,医院规模的迅速扩大以及医疗市场竞争日益激烈都对内部原有的业务产生了重大的影响。在医院管理中,良好的内控制度财务管理工作为医院经营活动的开展提供稳定保障,促进财务管理水平的提高,帮助医院快速拓展业务,进一步加快医院的发展。本文围绕内控制度相关内容以及内控制度的特点进行简要阐述,并对目前内控现状进一步分析,同时对财务管理层面内控制度的建设提出相关建议,以供参考。
