磁悬浮线性电泵技术特点分析及现场应用

摘要 系统阐述了磁悬浮线性电泵采油设备的原理、结构、特点及在油田的现场使用中遇到的问题、应对措施。说明了该设备可满足各油田对磁悬浮线性电泵采油设备提出的要求,并介绍了磁悬浮线性电泵采油设备的应用情况。该设备的应用有效解决了常规设备采油时的管杆偏磨问题,降低了设备运行成本,促进了采油工艺水平提升。 This paper systematically expounds the principle,structure and characteristics of magnetic suspension linear electric pump oil production equipment,as well as the problems encountered in the field use of the oil field and the countermeasures;It shows that the equipment can meet the requirements of various oilfields for magnetic suspension linear electric pump oil production equipment,and introduces the application of magnetic suspension linear electric pump oil production equipment.The application of this equipment effectively solves the problem of eccentric wear of pipe and rod during conventional equipment oil production,reduces the operating cost of equipment,and promotes the improvement of oil production technology.
