摘要
市政类管线带压开孔技术相对于石油冶炼、煤化工、焦化厂、钢厂等行业应用较少,且主要针对小口径管线,技术要求也相对较低。但是,随着城市建设的不断推进以及带压开孔技术表现出的良好社会和经济效益,该技术在大口径市政管线维修、改造中必然会面临越来越多的应用场景。基于大口径市政管线更大的影响性和更高的施工要求,一些施工人员在考虑带压开孔方案时会存在一定顾虑。文章首先对适用于一般市政类大口径碳钢管线的带压开孔技术进行介绍,然后对几种特殊工况带压开孔施工技术要点及注意事项分别阐述,系统地总结了大口径管线的带压开孔技术,为今后相关工程的实施提供参考。
Relative to petroleum smelting,coal chemical industry,coking plant,steel and other industries,the hot tapping technology is less used in municipal pipeline.And this technology is aimed at small caliber municipal pipeline,at the same time,the technical requirements are relatively low.But with the continuous advancement of urban construction and the good social and economic benefits the technology has shown,this technology is bound to face more and more application scenarios in the maintenance and transformation of large caliber municipal pipelines.Based on the large caliber municipal pipeline greater impact and higher construction requirements,some constructors have some concerns when considering the hot tapping option.In the paper,firstly,the hot tapping technology that suitable for general municipal large diameter carbon steel pipeline is introduced.Then several special working conditions with hot tapping construction technology key points and matters needing attention are described.This paper systematically summarizes the hot tapping technology of large caliber municipal pipeline,provides reference for the implementation of related projects in the future.
