隧道仰拱及二次衬砌施工工艺及技术要点

摘要 仰拱与二次衬砌是隧道的重要组成部分,其关系到隧道是否稳定、安全。仰拱及二次衬砌施工是隧道施工过程中的关键工序之一,一要精细、二要严格,以确保隧道结构的整体性,避免隧道因结构失稳、造成路面沉降开裂、翻浆冒泥等现象不会在隧道交付使用过程中出现,保证隧道安全及正常运营。本文结合某隧道工程仰拱、二次衬砌施工工序及施工方法进行详细的阐述,总结了施工过程中的技术要点和注意事项,希望可以给隧道施工参与者起到参考作用。 Invert and secondary lining are important parts of tunnel,which are related to the stability and safety of tunnel.Invert arch and secondary lining construction is one of the key processes in the tunnel construction process.First,it should be meticulous and second,it should be strict to ensure the integrity of the tunnel structure,avoid the tunnel structure instability,causing pavement settlement cracking,mud pumping and other phenomena will not occur in the tunnel delivery process,and ensure the safety and normal operation of the tunnel.In this paper,the construction procedures and methods of inverted arch and secondary lining of a tunnel project are described in detail,and the technical points and precautions in the construction process are summarized,hoping to provide reference for tunnel construction participants.
