摘要
对成套电气设备全周期管理存在问题进行分析的基础上,结合实际给出了融合移动互联网、计算机技术、数据处理技术、通信技术、二维码数据存储技术、地理信息系统(Geograplic Information System,GIS)位置信息技术等的成套电气设备全周期管理方法。通过数智赋能有效提高成套电气设备在生产、安装、售后维保的智能化管理。着重从移动互联网、计算机技术、通信技术以及二维码数据存储技术的应用角度出发,对成套电气设备的生产和维保进行流程应用分析与研究介绍。
Based on the analysis of the current and existing problems of the whole cycle management of the complete electrical equipment,combined with the actual situation,this paper presents the whole cycle management method of the complete electrical equipment,which integrates mobile Internet,computer technology,data processing technology,communication technology,two-dimensional code data storage technology,Geograplic Information Systme(GIS)location information technology,etc.The intelligent management of production,installation and after-sales maintenance of complete sets of electrical equipment can be effectively improved through digital intelligence.Focusing on the application of mobile Internet,computer technology,communication technology and QR code storage technology,this paper analyzes and introduces the process application of the production and maintenance of complete electrical equipment.
