摘要
设计20 kW高压直流电源系统,整流部分采用Vienna整流电路拓扑,直流变换部分采用了三电平移相电路拓扑,并针对应用场景进行了控制策略优化。硬件设计采用了全国产化的硬件选型,通过性能测试、环境试验以及长时间带载测试,充分验证了国产化方案的可行性。试验结果表明,该电源满足设计要求,工作稳定可靠。
A 20 kW high-voltage DC power supply system is designed.The rectifier part adopts Vienna rectifier circuit topology,and the DC converter part adopts three electric phase shifting circuit topology,and the control strategy is optimized according to the application scenario.The hardware design adopts all-localization hardware selection,and the feasibility of localization scheme is fully verified by performance test,environmental test and long-time on-load test.The test results show that the power supply meets the design requirements and works stably and reliably.
