摘要
城市智慧物流公共信息平台具有信息服务、产业培育、数据汇聚与交换等功能,已成为城市政府拓展区域内资源汇聚能力、资源掌控能力、资源高效运作能力的重要抓手。智慧物流公共信息平台需要在运作模式上予以创新,功能构成方面至少应包含企业物流管理托管、协同配送、多式联运、供应链、电子采购管理、电子交易管理、特色产品市场平台、电子政务申报、智慧物流运营、综合信息门户、信息公告服务、信息服务APP、物流大数据分析等13个子系统。
The urban smart logistics public information platform has the functions of information service, industry cultivation, data aggregation and exchange, etc. It has become an important starting point for the city government to expand the ability of resource aggregation, resource control and efficient operation of resources in the region. The intelligent logistics public information platform needs to innovate in the operation mode, and its functional components should at least include enterprise logistics management and custody, collaborative distribution, multimodal transportation, supply chain, electronic procurement management, electronic transaction management, featured product market platform, and electronic government affairs declaration, smart logistics operation,comprehensive information portal, information announcement service, information service APP, logistics big data analysis and other13 subsystems.
