摘要
目的基于现有已上市的中成药数据,分析中成药治疗黄疸病的组方配伍与用药规律,为黄疸病中医临床治疗提供参考。方法利用描述性统计与数据挖掘方法分析中成药治疗黄疸的基本信息、高频用药、常用药对与配伍组合,利用复杂网络聚类与拓扑参数分析筛选组方配伍网络的潜在药物组方与核心用药。结果共收集79种治疗黄疸的中成药,以清热、扶正、祛湿剂为主,功效多为清热利湿、清热解毒、利湿退黄;共涉及233味中药,使用频次较高的中药为茵陈、甘草、柴胡、栀子、黄芩等。关联规则支持度较高的药对为黄芩-茵陈、栀子-茵陈、甘草-茵陈等。基于组方配伍网络得到4个紧密连接的聚类组合,包含23味中药;按度数、紧密度指标筛选得到茵陈、牛黄、红花、甘草、木香、香附、大黄、柴胡、丹参等核心药味。结论分析发现治疗黄疸的中成药组方用药符合中医经典理论与临床实践,可为中医临床治疗黄疸及相关中成药研究提供参考。
Objective To analyze the formula and medication rules based on the Chinese patent medicines database for treating jaundice,so as to provide reference for the treatment of jaundice.Methods By using descriptive statistics and data mining methods to analyze the current condition of Chinese patent medicines treating jaundice,Chinese medicines that are frequently appeared and the Chinese medicine paris as well as the combination of mediicnes,and then by using complex network clustering and topology parameter analysis to screen the potential formulations and core Chinese medicines.Results Seventy-nine Chinese patent medicines with the function of heat-clearing and detoxification were obtained,heat-clearing and removing dampness,and removing jaundice.A total of 233 Chinese medicines are involved,and the most frequently used are Artemisiae Scopariae Herba,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Bupleuri Radix,Gardeniae Fructus,Scutellariae Radix,etc.The Chinesemedicine pairswith high association rule supportwere Scutellariae Radix-Artemisiae Scopariae Herba,Gardeniae Fructus-Artemisiae Scopariae Herba,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Artemisiae Scopariae Herba,etc.Based on the compatibility network,four clusters with close connection were obtained,including 23 Chinese medicines.According to the degree and closeness index,the core nodes of Artemisiae Scopariae Herba,Bovis Calculus,Carthami Flos,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Aucklandiae Radix,Cyperi Rhizoma,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Bupleuri Radix,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma were obtained.Conclusion The combination of herbs and formula for treating icterus conforms to the TCM theory and clinical practice,which could provide reference for the treatmentof icterus with TCM and related Chinese patent medicine research.
