依托实体工程的高速公路下面层结构优化分析 被引量:2

摘要 在昼夜温差较大、重载交通环境下,下面层混合料类型的合理选择,对沥青路面结构减少反射裂缝、提升抗车辙能力、降低路面成本具有重要意义。依托实体工程,针对路面结构原设计下面层采用AC-25混合料,通过浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验和已有单轴压缩动态模量试验结果对比,分析了AC-25与ATB-25混合料路用性能及路面结构参数,并结合原设计厚度与调整厚度对两种混合料的经济性进行了评价。分析表明,作为下面层时,ATB-25相较于AC-25具有相似的抗水损害能力,更好的高温抗车辙能力和更高的路面结构力学性能,将原设计8 cm厚AC-25优化为9 cm厚ATB-25,既降低了造价,又提升了总体路面结构力学强度,对延长重交通作用下路面使用寿命有明显优势。 In the heavy traffic environment with large temperature difference between day and night,the reasonable selection of the mixture type of the bottom layer is of great significance to reduce the reflection crack of asphalt pavement structure,improve the rutting resistance and reduce the pavement cost.In this paper,considering the practical project which AC-25 mixture is used for the bottom layer in the original design of pavement structure,by comparing the results of immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test,rutting test and existing uniaxial compression dynamic modulus test,the road performance and road structure parameters of AC-25 and ATB-25 mixtures were analyzed,and the economic performance of the two mixtures was evaluated based on the original design thickness and the adjusted thickness.The analysis shows that AC-25 mixture,ATB-25 mixture have similar water-damage resistance,better high-temperature rutting resistance and higher mechanical properties of pavement structure when used as the bottom layer,the original design of 8 cm thick AC-25 is optimized to 9 cm thick ATB-25,which not only reduces the cost,but also improves the overall mechanical strength of the pavement structure,which has obvious advantages in prolonging the service life of the pavement under the action of heavy traffic.
