摘要
本文介绍了总有机碳分析仪校准用标准物质的研制方法,采用重量-容量法制备,进行均匀性检验和稳定性试验。试验证明,总有机碳分析仪校准采用标准物质定值1000mg/L,相对扩展不确定度1.8%,100mg/L标准物质相对扩展不确定度2.0%。因此,该标准物质可用于总有机碳分析仪和在线总有机碳监测仪的校准、分析方法确认评价、生产部门和检测部门实验室质量控制等。
This paper introduces the development method of reference material for calibration of total organic carbon analyzer.It is prepared by weight-capacity method,uniformity test and stability test.It was proved that the calibration of the total organic carbon analyzer used 1000mg/L reference material with relative extended uncertainty of 1.8%and 100mg/L reference material with relative extended uncertainty of 2.0%.Therefore,the reference material can be used for calibration of total organic carbon analyzer and online total organic carbon monitor,confirmation and evaluation of analytical methods,laboratory quality control of production departments and testing departments,etc.
