摘要
以西范灌区东扩工程二级总干渠工程为例,对其1^(#)隧洞衬砌混凝土试配过程中原材料选择及配合比设计要求、设计过程等展开深入探讨。结果表明,混凝土是水工隧洞衬砌施工最主要的材料之一,混凝土配合比就是混凝土各构成材料之间所存在的比例关系;通过混凝土配合比设计,以保证混凝土强度等级、和易性、耐久性等性能满足设计要求,并尽可能节约水泥用量以控制混凝土成本。
Taking the second-grade main canal project of the east expansion project of Xifan Irrigation Area as an example, the selection of raw materials, the design requirements of the mix ratio and the design process in the trial mixing process of the lining concrete of the NO. 1 tunnel are deeply discussed in this paper. The results show that concrete is one of the most important materials in the lining construction of hydraulic tunnel. Concrete mix ratio is the proportion relationship among the constituent materials of concrete. The concrete mix ratio can be designed in order to ensure the concrete strength grade, workability, durability and other properties to meet the design requirements, and so as to save the amount of cement to control the cost of concrete.
