摘要 贾鲁河河道由于排污严重,污泥脏污堆积,因此水质环境比较差,一旦出现洪涝问题时,就会存在较为严重的洪涝安全隐患。然而河道工程不仅关系到洪涝,同时也能给农作物提供良好的灌溉条件,加强对贾鲁河河道的管理,能够提高人们的生活质量,而想要提高河道工程的管理水平和质量,就必须充分利用生物修复技术和水生生态修复技术,才能建立起科学合理的河道治理工程管理体系。与此同时,在贾鲁河河道管理中,严格遵守相关的法律法规制度、建立完善的生态工程,以科学的方式对河道管理进行分析研究,有助于提高贾鲁河河道管理水平,基于此,文章就贾鲁河河道管理中的工程中存在的问题、工程安全保证以及工程管理的具体措施进行深入探讨,最终为实现河道工程管理的有效提升,提供足够的参考借鉴经验。 Due to the serious sewage discharge and accumulation of sludge, the water quality and environment of Jialu River are relatively poor. Once there is a flood problem, there will be serious potential flood safety hazards. However, river engineering is not only related to flooding, but also provides good irrigation conditions for crops. Strengthening the management of Jialu River can improve people’s quality of life. In order to improve the management level and quality of river engineering, it is necessary to make full use of bioremediation technology and aquatic ecological restoration technology, so as to establish a scientific and reasonable management system for river management projects. At the same time, in the course management of Jialu River, strict compliance with relevant laws and regulations, establishment of sound ecological engineering, and scientific analysis and research on the course management of Jialu River are helpful to improve the management level of Jialu River. Based on this, the problems existing in the engineering of river management of Jialu River, engineering safety assurance and specific measures of engineering management are discussed deeply in this paper, which will finally provide enough reference experience for the effective improvement of the course engineering management.
