挂网锚喷支护在围岩隧洞支护中的应用

The Application of Bolting and Shotcrete Support with Wire Mesh in Surrounding Rock Tunnel Support

摘要 输水隧道工程实施过程中应力分布受到开挖变化的影响,将会造成围岩变形等不良事件的发生,根据相关研究显示,解决开挖过程中围岩的稳定性是提升输水隧道支护性能的关键方法。结合木扎提河引水工程中输水隧道支护施工中锚网喷加固机理方案,探究支护设计对输水隧洞围岩稳定性的影响效果,结果显示:(1)通过采用锚喷网联合支护应用可提升支护与围岩间的接触面积,可将支护结构与围岩构成为相对完整的整体;(2)实际施工中临时支护无法起到较好的作用,随着应力变化的发展以及塑性能量的释放,围岩将发生持续性的变化,而最佳支护时间是以变形形式转化的工程力和围岩的本身承载力最大,而工程支护力最小时进行后期支护,此时实施支护能够有效地防止围岩的继续变形以及支护损毁的情况,从而使围岩塑性区具有较强的承载性能;(3)锚喷网联合支护具有较好柔性,能够适应围岩的变形从而提升支护效果。 During the implementation of water conveyance tunnel, the stress distribution is affected by excavation, which causes the occurrence of adverse events such as surrounding rock deformation. According to relevant research, solving the stability of surrounding rock during excavation is the key method to improve the support performance of water conveyance tunnel. Combined with the reinforcement mechanism scheme of anchor mesh shotcrete used in the support construction of water conveyance tunnel in Muzhati River Diversion Project, the effect of support design on the stability of surrounding rock of water conveyance tunnel is explored. The results show the following three points. First, the contact area between the support and the surrounding rock can be improved by the application of bolt shotcrete mesh combined support, and the support structure and the surrounding rock can be formed into a relatively complete whole.Second, in actual construction, temporary support cannot play a good role. With the development of stress change and the release of plastic energy, the surrounding rock will change continuously. The best support time is the maximum engineering force transformed in the form of deformation and the bearing capacity of surrounding rock itself. When the engineering support capacity is the minimum, the later stage support will be carried out. At this time, the implementation of support can effectively prevent the continuous deformation of surrounding rock and support, so that the plastic zone of surrounding rock has a strong bearing capacity.Third, the application of bolt shotcrete mesh combined support also has good flexibility, which can be adjusted according to the deformation of surrounding rock, so that the support system can play the best supporting effect.
