摘要 随着城市经济的发展,城镇居民人均可支配收入也得到了相应的提高,人们对改善居住条件的要求也日益强烈,加之城市化进程的加快,促使周边乡镇人口大量涌入市区,随之而来对城市的居住、教育、卫生等各项关系民生问题的设施提出了更高的要求。城市基础设施不断地扩大,但在工程建设过程中势必会对水土造成一定的破坏,可能会导致水土流失,对人们的生产生活及自然生态环境造成影响。 With the development of urban economy, urban residents per capita disposable income has been improved accordingly.People’s demand for improving living conditions are increasingly strong, and the acceleration of urbanization has prompted a large number of people from surrounding villages and towns to flow into the urban area. Thereafter, higher requirements have been put forward for urban living, education, health and other facilities related to people’s livelihood. Urban infrastructure is constantly expanding. The urban infrastructure is constantly expanding, but it is bound to cause certain damage to the water and soil during the construction process, which may lead to water and soil loss and impact on people’s production and living and the natural ecological environment.
