摘要
实施地震易发区房屋设施加固工程,对于减轻地震灾害风险、保护人民生命财产安全、维护社会稳定具有十分重要的意义。通过对江西地震易发区进行调研,对房屋设施加固工程实施进展情况进行了详细了解,梳理总结了典型经验,并深入分析了机制管理、组织协调、资金筹措等方面的问题和不足,为全面完成地震易发区房屋设施加固工程目标任务提供了针对性的意见建议。
The implementation of building and facility reinforcement projects in earthquake-prone areas is of great significance for reducing the risk of earthquake disasters,protecting people′s lives and property,and maintaining social stability.Through the investigation of earthquake-prone areas in Jiangxi,this paper has a detailed understanding of the progress of the implementation of housing and facility reinforcement projects,summarizes typical experiences,and deeply analyzes the problems and deficiencies in mechanism management,organization and coordination,and fund raising.To fully complete the target and task of the reinforcement project of housing facilities in earthquake-prone areas,targeted suggestions are provided.
