散热板扰流带形式液冷冷凝器换热性能的实验研究

摘要 对散热板-扰流带形式的液冷冷凝器的换热性能进行了研究。针对不同试验工况、不同设计方案进行分析,给出提升液冷冷凝器换热性能的方法。不同试验工况包含改变冷却液进口温度、改变冷却液进口流量、改变制冷剂进口温度、改变制冷剂出口过冷度。不同设计方案包含带储液干燥器和不带储液干燥器的方案、不同流程分布的方案、不同芯体尺寸的方案。通过以上试验数据的对比分析,为指导液冷冷凝器的设计提供优化方向。 In this paper,the heat transfer performance of plate-fin type liquid cooled condenser was studied.Based on the analysis of different test conditions and design concepts,the method to improve the heat transfer performance of liquid cooled condenser was given.Different test conditions involved in variable temperature and flow rate of inlet coolant,variable inlet refrigerant temperature,and variable degree of supercooling of outlet refrigerant.Different design concepts with and without receiver dryer were considered,under different flow arrangement and core sizes.By comparison of test data,the design optimization direction of liquid cooled condenser was obtained.
