摘要
通过整合COM-B模型、MTE治疗参与模型详细阐述了患者参与价值实现的路径,基于服务主导逻辑的价值共创视角并结合知识基础观理论,从而构建出患者参与医疗服务创新价值共创路径。患者参与的能力、动机与机会促进患者参与行为的产生,知识流动、资源整合与开发、激励机制和医患价值评估与反馈体系在医疗服务创新中发挥了重要作用。最后,分析了患者参与医疗服务创新价值共创面临的问题并提出了相应的管理策略,以期为医疗服务创新价值包括患者价值与医院价值在内的双重提升做出理论贡献。
Through the integration of COM-B model and MTE treatment participation model,this paper elaborates the path to realize the value of patients participation.Based on the value co-creation of service-oriented logic and combined with the knowledge base theory,the path of patients’participation in medical service innovation value co-creation is constructed.The ability,motivation and opportunity of patient participation promote the generation of patient participation,knowledge flow,resource integration and development,incentive mechanism and doctor-patient value evaluation and feedback system play an important role in medical service innovation.Finally,it analyzes the problems faced by patients participation in medical service innovation value co-creation and puts forward management strategies,so as to make theoretical contribution to the dual improvement of medical service innovation value including patient value and hospital value.
