摘要
莲都小黄牛是丽水市的特色优质肉牛,但由于优质饲草的缺乏,青绿饲料会出现季节性缺乏的情况。青贮技术是保持青绿饲料营养物质最有效、最廉价的方法之一,当栽培的青绿饲草或区域废弃农作物青绿秸秆供给量大时,可将其调制成青贮饲料。根据青贮原料种类提出不同的青贮方案,实现莲都小黄牛青粗饲料的周年均衡供给,有利于提高牛肉产品产能,满足市场对高端牛肉的需求。满足正常饲喂的小黄牛的生产性能也得到提高,有助于增加养殖效益,满足市场需求,形成具有本地特色的小黄牛产业。
Liandu little scalper is the characteristic high quality beef cattle in Lishui city,but due to the lack of high quality forage grass,green feed will appear seasonal lack of stability.Silage technology is one of the most effective and cheapest ways to keep the nutrients of green feed.When the green forage grass in cultivation or the green straw of discarded crops in the area is supplied in large quantity,it can be made into silage.According to the types of silage raw materials,different silage schemes were proposed to achieve the annual balanced supply of green coarse feed for Liandu little scalper,which was conducive to improving the production capacity of beef products and meeting the market demand for high-end beef.The production performance of small scalpers satisfied with normal feeding is also improved,which is helpful to increase the breeding efficiency,meet the market demand,and form a small scalper industry with local characteristics.
